Customer Care… Yeah Right!

So, I accepted the fact that I need to take the competency test, and I got the Sam 2003 program. Now, the challenge was to try to install a XP program on a Windows Vista computer. Thinking things transfer forward and not backwards, I really didn’t care. Well, that was the only program they had at the book store, and I needed the program to practice some of the things on the test.

Well, like usual there is no easy to install a program without problems. My problem was that it wasn’t running. So, I searched for help online and it didn’t work out. So I decided to ask the company on their customer care program through their chat program. I know the process could have been done, because my co-worker installed it on her computer. So, I decided that maybe they could help me. View the conversation below.
I thought to myself, I know they are trying to help me, but I mean at least they could pay attention to the conversation. As you could see… I got irritated quite quickly.
